Double Dipping:
Any clan member found to be a member of two clans will be permanently kicked from the clan. This includes the recruits. A formal declaration that you are leaving the clan is required to avoid this action.
Reserves & Former members
Any member not active for 30 days, this includes being absent from Team speak, seen playing with clan members on AA servers, or lack of forum activity, will be automatically moved to the reserves. Notification of COMMAND POST to an extended absence will override this and the player can remain on active duty.
Any member who has been moved to the reserves may, after a period of activity, petition to any member of COMMAND POST to be placed on active duty.
Any former member, who has officially left the clan, may reapply to the clan. If the former member has joined another clan while away from the regiment, that former member must obtain approval from COMMAND POST before being allowed to reapply. Once approval is obtained and the former member has met all of the recruitment guidelines they will be allowed into the clan as a Private first class.
Any member of the reserves may not hold a commanding officer position. If a commanding officer is removed to the reserves because of lack of participation, the officer in question will be considered as derelict in their duty and removed from the command position. Upon their return to active duty, if the position is still open, the former officer may petition COMMAND POST to be allowed to continue in that position.
COMMAND POST will at the beginning of each month review the reserves roster and remove members at their discretion. Players removed from the reserves in this manner may reapply to the regiment.
Promotions
Promotions of enlisted men will be performed by the Company CO and Platoon CO. Platoon CO may NOT promote past his or her current rank. Officers may be commissioned by the Company CO to become 2nd Lieutenant, however to be promoted past that they must be promoted by COMMAND POST.
